Dinner for late Sunday night:
  1. Macaroni and Cheese
  2. Ruffles® Potato Chips (Original)
  3. Firebowl Cafe veggie egg rolls (left overs)
  4. Gatorade® (I'd just run 3 miles)
  5. 3 glasses of water
  6. Tums® (no issues; I'm being proactive)
I may need to improve my dietary habits slightly ...
